  we went to the Marine a few months ago for the first time and found it great value for very good food. Going back was a very similar experience. The lunch menu at £6.90 a main is fantastic value but the menu as a whole it great. Clearly the fish is the main event but I went for steak which was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Next time I'll go for the fish and chips though, it looked amazing!...More

  We went to Muse on a Saturday afternoon for a birthday celebration. The food and wine were excellent. Service was spot on also. I cannot say enough about the pea and ham soup starter which was outstanding - a good portion size of piping hot soup with chunks of ham and served with freshly toasted bread - wonderful! Would also suggest the meatball Ragu which again was fabulous. Wine menu was also very good. All in all, beautifully prepared fresh ingredients served to us in good portion sizes by attentive staff in a tastefully decorated restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Cannot recommend Muse enough!...More
