Signature dishes include our Watatsumi crispy baby calamari; Gressingham duck breast marinated in mikan miso, pan fried sea bass with homemade shisho butter, US grain fed beef in spicy miso and Wagyu Beef. The very best sushi and sashimi at Watatsumi deserve to be mentioned as well, being perhaps the most fundamentalist raw dishes in Japanese cuisine.
