A word from Tiger Tiger London
Tiger Tiger Restaurant is situated in the heart of the west end and is hugely popular every day of the week for
the week for lunch and dinner. The menu is updated seasonally but favorites include the Buttermilk Chicken Wings, steak, sizzling fajitas, and pulled pork tacos to name a few. The food is delicious and is a
comprehensive fusion between the east and west. After the dinner, access to the other bars and
club are available until 3am free of charge, why not make a night of it…dine, drink and dance!!

This is perfectly adequate tourist
restaurant in a tourist area. It was nice but you'd need to go a bit Off the beaten track to find special."

We were a large group and placed
on the dance floor to eat our meal where we couldnt hear ourselves talk. The service was terrible and we had to leave our table very quickly as they wanted the dance floor and were very rude about us moving all our stuff even though we were still eating. The whole experience was a total nightmare"

Meal was lovely cocktails were big
but cheap. Had a 3 course meal and was cheap as chips. Tiger tiger is like a hungry horse restaurant in which you pay a small amount and get a huge plate of food, this is a big portions restaurant"

I booked my table for two via
toptable and requested a table in a quite area as it was my husbands birthday and would appreciate a candle in his pudding. Neither of these requests where meet or acknowledged. We had a sharer starter for 2, hence you would hope that you would get at least 2 of everything to try. Not the case, it included 1 crab cake the size of a 50 pence piece and 3 small onion rings. We thought this was a mistake so we mentioned it and they said even though it is for 2 you only get 1 crab cake. However over all the food was very very tasty and the steak fajitas that we both had tasted amazing. It was very very good value especially being in central London."

This restaurant doesn't care if
you booked through TopTable or any other way. They changed our booking, warned us on the day and wanted to remove our table because we didn't have the 18 members group at the exact time. They tried to serve only one round of drinks but then I insisted to have more. Two members came a bit after and they were refused a BURGER (!!!!!!) I had to again insist to get them that. Still we were rushed out of the restaurant and even got a 50% discount on the bill (the good part of the night). It was stressful and we didn't have any pleasure being there. AVOID AT ALL COST. Btw the food was reasonable, I had a steak which was good - difficult to get a steak bad though."
dined on 07/12/2013
First, don't buy the Cocktails -
we all had different ones but there was a common theme - they were weak and insipid. I had a Cosmopolitan that tasted like cranberry juice and water, a Mojito tasted like brown sugar and water... etc Secondly, expect the unexpected... all drinks in plastic glasses - apparently a condition of the licence. Thirdly, before you order Fajitas, check the size of the table... all 4 of us ordered them and ended up with plates and wine bottles on the floor as there wasn't enough table room. Oh - and we were told unceremoniously to NOT use the floor despite there not being anywhere else to put the items. Requests for a larger table were ignored. 2 courses a cocktail and a bottle of wine... £45 per head!!! Awful!"
dined on 29/11/2013
We booked through top table based
on a 50% deal and menu choice as we had children in our party. We was shown to our table but the restaurant appeared to have just one member of staff working the floor initially. The menu did not match up to what we had listed under top table and when the 50% deal was questioned we was told it didn't stand. This was our main reasons for choosing this restaurant."
dined on 01/12/2013
Apparently Tiger Tiger is where
you go to after you've been out drinking. Sadly I didn't know. To be fair I booked in a hurry and trusted the high ratings - how they were rewarded is a mystery. It's never a good sign when you are given plastic glasses even in the dining area. The menu choice was limited - the chicken starter was adequate. We ordered 2 Sirloin and 1 Rib Eye steaks amongst other things and received 1 Sirloin and 2 Rib Eyes and all over cooked. In addition to their inability to take an order correctly, service was inattentive and slow from the initial drinks order and it wasn't even busy. 20 minutes plus for drinks. My advice if you like good food and service - avoid. If you must - get drinks at the bar and keep it simple"

What an evening! Great place to
party, the waitress was so nice even though the time allocated to eat is short!!"
dined on 30/11/2013
Great place for a lively night and
food sharing food. Not for a romantic night but was fun for a group of friends"
dined on 29/11/2013
The restaurant was really nice and
clean and we had a late dinner. the staff were very nice and service was fast. the menu was nice but it seemed limited after our last visit, when there was a lot more selection. but in any case the menu was still nice. and we had a really good meal"
dined on 26/11/2013
We were meet by a rather menacing
doorman who certainly hadn't been to charm school and made for an uncomfortable experience - that said food always pretty good - guess it was Friday night thing!"
dined on 04/10/2013
Four of us had a hectic days
shopping and great time at the theatre. Tiger Tiger finished off the day nicely, although we arrived early (6pm for a 6:30 reservation) we were shown to a table without a problem. Maria provided the service and she was excellent throughout. Prompt service and lovely food. A very enjoyable conclusion to our day. Recommended."
dined on 23/11/2013
Reasonable food and worth a visit
if you have the 50% of from top table, the service leaves a lot to be desired and if you are intending to go to a show book earlier than you would normally as it can be quite slow... Ambience is a bit strange, it is like a posh diner attached to a nightclub... That said, we all enjoyed the food and it worked out at under £15 for two courses and a cocktail each... We would use again but book earlier next time."
dined on 13/11/2013
The food was very average even for
such a basic menu, my steak was overvooked and very dry I wasn'y even sure I was eating meat as it was tastless. We ordered cakes for desert as it was our friend's birthday but were told after ordering that they do not have candles. They also do not have large bottles of water. Finally the athmosphere is non existant: the restaurant was half empty on a Friday evening. The music was so loud that we could not hear each other."
dined on 01/11/2013
Fantastic service and excellent
food! A very good start to an enjoyable evening. Would highly recommend as a pre theatre venue and will definitely be booking again."
dined on 31/10/2013
I had the crispy crab cakes to
start and although fairly small in size they were tasty. I had the buttermilk Chicken as a main with salad and again the chicken was very tasty and would recommend trying if you go there."
dined on 29/10/2013
Went here for my cousins bday
celebrations and it was fab. The food was lovely the cocktails were totally delish and a good night was had by all. Thank you Top Table"
dined on 26/10/2013
I would avoid this place but with
the 50% offer and steaks on the menu I still think it was good value. Food was nothing special but steak was pretty good and for 50% of £15.95 for a steak you can't really complain. Very much a "Hen Do" place and I wouldn't take anyone visiting London to Tiger Tiger. There were banana flies at the men's toilets..."
dined on 26/10/2013
I have been to Tiger Tiger a
number of times in the week and both service and food has always been great. However on Saturday night the service was awful took around 30mins for our order to be taken and that was only after us requesting three times. The food was pretty quick however it was not until we had finished our entire meal before we received our drinks and this was only due to us going to speak to the manager."
dined on 26/10/2013
Never been here before chosen due
to proximity of hotel and theatre but would highly recommend"
dined on 25/10/2013
Went there for a 21st lunch before
going to theatre. Was very disappointed when shown to table as the area we were asked to sit at was dirty with the vinyl seating ripped and showing burn marks in places. I asked for a table instead and it took us three attempts to find 2 chairs that were not going to fall apart when sat on! When you look around you can see the place for what it is - a nightclub. If they want to go on with a restaurant business then they need to provide a better setting as the staffs attitude and food served were outstanding and would recommend it on that alone. With the Toptable discount I don't think you could beat this on price and quality in this part of London."
dined on 23/10/2013
Took a German friend before we
went to the Arsenal v Dortmund game, 50% offer makes it very good value, one of these upmarket American Diner place with burgers etc being the main course."
dined on 22/10/2013
Good meal and great value with 50%
food off. Attentive personal and good timing. "forgot" the 50% deal but was fixed quickly when i pointed that...... The restaurant is in a nightclub so high music and a lot of partypeople but nice mood. but perhaps not for a romantic evening All in all a good experience."
dined on 18/10/2013
Couple of bullet points: - They
haven't got any information about booked table for my name (I showed them e-mail from my android) - There were 3 persons from crew that served us so it was quite messy - They forget add addition cheese top to our chips - They forget about 50% promotion (Explanation was required) - Food was nice"
dined on 16/10/2013
I went to tiger tiger before our
show at the picadilli thearter, its in a great location for the thearters, our burger came to us not hot, when i advised the waiter, they was only too happy to replace the food with extra chips and gave a 50% discount on our drinks. The service was excellant and the foold was really nice, great value for money, would def go back."
dined on 13/10/2013
I used to go to Tiger Tiger a lot
with my friends, they had good food and good happy hours :) but i went last Friday, first time after they've changed a menu!!! Unfortunately i got very disappointed! They got rid of all good things they use to have and there's only hamburger and fajitas left, NO SALAD at all?! It's a shame cause a lot of people will not like it! Hopefully they can at least add something "healthy" to the menu! Service was good overall."
dined on 11/10/2013
Normally we just go here for the
cheap cocktails and central meeting point for haymarket theatres, decided to give the food another go. Poor service from the door - no reservation, vague seat yourselves, staff too busy talking amongst themselves, having to ask to be served, ask for drinks twice - have them made wrong etc.... food itself was good - but certainly not worth full price - you can tolerate it for 50% off and only then."
dined on 09/10/2013
This venue is a nightclub and has
the "restaurant" bolted on the side. Drinks are served in plastic glasses which is not so nice. We booked the 50% offer. The meet and greet staff were not very friendly and we felt the lady seemed quite miserable. The menu is completely different to the one on the Top Table website. The food was just about edible. We had a mixed platter of starters and calamari which was all served luke warm, a little greasy and the calamari portion was tiny (maybe due to the 50% off). I had a steak which had no flavour and was tough enough to resole your shoe served with some luke warm greasy chips. Service was hit and miss. The waitress was pleasant enough but I had to keep asking where she was. Avoid this restaurant!"
dined on 05/10/2013
To be honest with 50% off food and
happy hour on drinks I wasn't expecting exceptional service but I think I would have honestly preferred to go hungry for the evening rather than dining here. We were celebrating my sister's qualification and wanted somewhere with a good atmosphere before heading out. The head of House made sure this wasn't the case. We had to actually prove our reservation and once sat down we were told we were allowed the table (how nice of them!) for 1 3/4 hours. Good job we arrived early otherwise our table of 6 would have been kicked out after 1 1/2 hours! Despite the food and the waiting staff being lovely our evening was ruined by poor management and a sheer lack of courtesy. Cheers Tiger Tiger you were great..."
dined on 05/10/2013
Busy on a Friday night but 50% off
makes it great value"
dined on 04/10/2013
Standard as it always has been,
friendly staff, nice food."
dined on 19/09/2013
Great for groups & a party feel. A
lively atmosphere, down to earth."
dined on 17/08/2013
Booked the 50% off food offer -
great value for money. We went for lunch before a matinee theatre visit. Two of us had fajitas - the portions were very generous, the spicy chicken was delicious. One of our diners opted for the burger which was cooked just the way he liked it. Our waitress was cheerful, helpful and efficient."
dined on 21/09/2013
We had the 50% off your food bill
offer which was a great deal. We chose Tiger Tiger as we were going to the theatre nearby with 2 children and wanted something that would suit them and us. There was plenty of choice on the menu and the portions were huge. Service was quick but not rushed. We had leisurely cocktails before heading out to our show. I would definitely go again. It's not fine dining but it was good quality food."
dined on 13/09/2013
We had a really great pre-theatre
meal on the 50% food deal which made it terrific value. The service was excellent with the staff mindful of our time schedule - food was well prepared and delicious - would thoroughly recommend."
dined on 09/09/2013
First thing let me say the venue
is quite nice and being a frequent guest to the club next door I actually like the place; however the restaurant needs to improve significantly. My second time in about as many months. The menu is nice, ample and varied enough with some interesting dishes - but on both occasions SO many items 'sold out' and I am talking choosing 2 or 3 alternatives to your original selection. The staff seem like they have just been taken from the street - personable, pleasant but not familiar with the menu or culinary service; very hectic. Had to be asked to be served, wine to be chilled in bucket, serviettes to be provided, plates to be cleared. It would be a disaster without the 50% TT discount and 5-8pm 50% off drinks."
dined on 12/09/2013
I often visit the Tiger Tiger in
Haymarket as I find it a bit quieter than some of the other pubs and restaurants in the area on a lunchtime. This time I was showing two friends around London for the first time, and decided to take advantage of the 50% offer the establishment signed up for. In short, the value for money was exceptional, and the service was speedy. However, one of the meals for our group of four that was brought out was not what we ordered, and when my friend's meal finally arrived, the three of us had already finished ours practically, which was a bit of a dampener. While the food value is good, the drinks prices are steep, especially for an afternoon, so maybe this needs looking into."
dined on 25/08/2013
Used the 50% off food option, 3
courses for under £15 each. Great value, but three courses were necessary as the portions weren't that big! Added bonus of happy hour, half price cocktails too :) Décor starting to look a bit tatty but great position for the shows."
dined on 21/08/2013
I ate here at 1730 on a Wednesday
with my daughter who's 14. She had the fish and chips, the fish was quite small and the chunky chips she said had a funny taste to them. The menu said the fish and chips came with mushy peas but in fact there was a very small spoon of regular peas that looked dried out!.I had the goats cheese and pear salad. This was small,4 or 5 slices of pear and little cheese. The service was good.If I had been paying full price I would have complained but with the 50% discount I thought it was just about ok. I wouldn't go back."
