The wine by the glass menu is also very good. We haven't eaten there in the evening so not sure how this would translate to the evening menu but we will certainly be going back at lunchtime. Lovely meals followed by tea on one of the sofas - there was no problem with us moving to another area for this, which some restaurants find difficult. The atmosphere was relaxed and not too formal or stuffy, and the pianist was an enjoyable addition. The service was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious with a good choice of dishes, and the wine was excellent. Everybody on our table enjoyed our lunch, particularly the sticky toffee pudding! it is faultless! The meal itself was fabulous, we had a starter and a main and then chose to have coffee back in
