The Scottish Cafe and Restaurant invests a huge amount of time sourcing its produce direct, with 90 per cent of its ingredients coming from more than 50 Scottish artisan suppliers including Cuddybridge Apple Juice; Peelham Farm; Manna House Bakery & Patisserie; Campbells Prime Meats; Scotherbs; Caledonian Breweries; H J Errington
Cheese; Phantassie Organic Vegetables; Graham's The Family Dairy; Summer Harvest Rapeseed Oils; Heritage Potatoes; Findlay's of Portobello; Crabbie's Ginger Ale and Royal Mile Whiskies.
