The food is tasty and well presented with very reasonable portions. The staff were helpful and knowledgable with regard to menu options. On both occasions we had a range of ages in our party (youngest 4 months and oldest 86) all were we'll catered for and made welcome. After 5 minutes the list arrived and I chose a bottle of sparkling wine (the cheapest on the list). Our main courses arrived but no wine. After 10 minutes the waiter returned and said that the wine we ordered had run out. I asked what they were supplying as an alternative and the waiter went off again. After another 10 minutes the waiter returned and said the next wine was £8.95 dearer, but by then we had finished our meal so there was no point in having a bottle of wine. I expected the Manager to come to apologies but He/She never appeared.
