The King's Arms - LittonKings Arms, LittonWe enjoyed a fabulous Sunday lunch at the Kings Arms. The Sunday lunches were plentiful and absolutely delicious. When we booked this we were not sure what to expect but we were not disappointed. The pork was delicious and had lots of crackling! Some of us loved the cauliflower cheese but some weren't sure about it. The apple Charlotte was to die for! We chose to eat in the pub as opposed to the restaurant and we found plenty of character in there. There is also a lovely play area if you have little ones. The staff were very attentive and polite. The staff were friendly and accomodating to our needs. We had children 6 and 4 who are well behaved. They were accepted without question but I would suggest that you check regarding younger children as it might not be so appropriate. The food tasted great and in the main food was presented very well. We come here for special lunchs, meeting up with friends or family, either outside in the lovely garden - where the children can play safely in the playpark and we can be served at our table ( outside, which is very welcoming); or inside in the restaurant where the decor is charming and full of character. The food is consistantly high quality and the service is always quietly attentive without being annoying.
