  Truly a great place to eat. I had a rabbit & duck liver terrine to start (possibly the best starter on the palette I've ever eaten). I didn't quite know what to do with myself because the taste was so overwhelming. It was the type of food that when you eat it you cannot help but smile excitedly. I ordered the halibut (main course) and was again so impressed with the presentation, the flavours running through the dish and the textures that lifted the dish to brilliance!! There were no shortage of little extras such as a crab bisque and beautiful rolls (made with poppy seeds and fennel); and a polenta amuse-bouche that was also delicate but packed a hit of flavour....More

  The Peach Tree in Shrewsbury provides some interesting food, delightfully presented in a nice environment. We were in Shrewsbury for two days and were so impressed on our first day that we returned to The Peach Tree next day. They also have a decent £10 menu early evening menu (choice of 3 starters and 3 mains). Friendly service. Highly Recommended....More
