  • "Had a wonderful time at 7 Park Place. The food was superb, service excellent & a relaxing ambiance. Lunch deal is great value."

  • "My fifth time at Seven Park Place was as good as my first. I have been lucky enough to eat at many a fine restaurant in London, however, Seven Park Place is the one I will always com back to, time and time again. Although the food is outstanding as you would expect, the service an ambience are truely exceptonal. With only nine tables and one sitting (ie. there is nobody to be seated at your table later on that night) the experience is relaxed and the staff, friendly and sightly more informal than many similar establishments (although I assure you the service remains second to none). I will continue to reccomend this restaurant to anyone who will listen. A truely hidden London gem with an unbeatable five star experience."

  • "We chose the tasting menu and one course got better than the last Every aspect of our evening was superb."

  • "Had a nice meal at Seven Park Place, but not that special. We took the tasting menu, with wine flights. Food was good and there were a couple of excellent courses, lamb in particular. However portion sizes were just a little too small. Tasting is great, but more than one spoonful please. The wine flights were a bit of a let down, only one wine I'd bother to look out for and again measure sizes not quite enough. The sommelier even forgot one of the courses and I had to wait to start while he was summoned. Nearly, but not quite up there with similar restaurants visited."

  • "Slightly expensive a La Carte but outstanding deal for the lunch set menu. 5 star food, service and very good for a conversation."

  • "The food and very good althought the cheese course woudl have benefited from an accompaniment. Service was attentive and the sommelier clearly took an interest in the wine."

  • "Seven Park Place is a quirky boutique restaurant with intimate tables, a modern French menu, fresh British produce and an oriental back drop! The lunch time menu is simple, with 2 choices for each course, but stunning. The terrine of ham hock with celeriac remoulade was delicate, but powerful. The walnut bread rolls were a lovely addition. The roasted fillet of bream was served with caramelized endive, orange and tarragon. Given the forthcoming dessert, a light main course was essential. And to the 3rd best dessert that I have had (behind Petrus & Alain Ducasse since you asked) ... the banoffee in the Soufflé was rich and sweet, the soufflé perfect, and the hot dark chocolate sauce enough to request a dessert wine :) £29.50 for 3 course."

  • "Had the set lunch. Was amazing. Red mullet sea bream and banofee souffle with 2,glasses of wine. £40 inc service. For food and value this place beats most Michelin starred places I've been to."

  • "Exceptional service; excellent food - great atmopshere./ Expensive but well worth it"

  • "Had a great time, the meal and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend."

  • "Outstanding food with an extremely friend staff. This was our 20th wedding annervarsery dinner and was the best meal of the 19 other including our wedding. Very pleasant atmosphere through out the restuarant but try to get a table beautiful back. It is well worth the high price unlike some higher rated places in London."

  • "An outstanding lunch with matched wines for an excellent value offer. We will be going back for afternoon tea very soon..."
    dined on 06/03/2014
  • "We booked a table for 8 people to celebrate 3 birthdays. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the food was incredible. It was a wonderful evening and I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion. Excellent service from all staff especially the Maitre'D."
    dined on 08/03/2014
  • "An absolute delight, a gem that you really don't want to share with anyone in case you cant get a table because it has become too popular. Looking forward to the next visit for the lobster tortellini !!"

  • "After succoming to the numerous requests to find the time to romance my wife after a pretty heavy time at work in the city, I booked this restaurant after looking at its reviews. My wife loves good service and an attention to detail when we dine out, and she was very happy with Seven Park Place. The food options are great but not too much for vegetarians. I had mullet for starters (delicious) followed by very tasty lamb fof my main. The restaurant ambiance was relaxing and just what was needed to have a nice chat over dinner."

  • "Went to Seven Park Place on a set menu deal. All of the food we had was lovely. The service was excellent and great little dining room which we were sat in, though the other room looked a little cramped. Good value with Toptable deal."

  • "We had a spectacular lunch here recently. The restaurant is small and yet spacious with a calm, relaxing ambience. The service is perfect - friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We had the 6 course tasting menu, which at £72 per person was very good value. Every course was delicious and inventive with the fois gras and lobster courses being particularly excellent. I would recommend it for every occasion and will definitely return."

  • "The food was what you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. There was a couple of minor negatives but this would not stop me from dining here again as there were many highlights during my experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion especially on the 3 course deal for 29.50 with glass of wine offered by toptable. The Maître D was exceptional and overall the staff were very good. One of my pet hates is paying for water and the negative treatment that you can receive at restaurants when you ask for tap water but this was definitely not the case here. Also every staff member we passed on entry from the doorman to the waiter greeted us with a smile and on exit smiled & thank us which is a rarity these days"

  • "A little tricky to find. But once you do you won't regret it. Excellent service food and ambiance!"
    dined on 21/02/2014
  • "Although the set price menu is very limited, the food was excellent. The staff were very attentive yet discreet and nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxed and unhurried in cosy surroundings."

  • "What a great evening. This was our second time at Seven Park Place and this time we tried the Gourmond menu. Service was excellent and the food fantastic. We'll definitely be back."
    dined on 18/02/2014
  • "A warm welcome, excellent service, and exceptional food. Not sure about the surcharge on a couple of the items, but putting that aside the food was divine! There was a lot of it too. Will definitely go back again. Just a shame I hadn't booked this restaurant for valentines after the disappointing meal we had at Corrigans in Mayfair."
    dined on 17/01/2014
  • "Had lunch here because the restaurant had featured on some lists of top places to eat in London. I dine out a lot and consider myself a foodie so was excited to try a place not on my radar. We opted for the set lunch which did not have many options. The fish soup with lentils was extremely salty as my mains of beef brisket, I had to scrape the sauce off. If I had been with anyone else, these plates would have been sent back but I know my friend would have been embarrassed. The dessert of passion fruit soufflé with chocolate sauce was the best thing we ate. It is a nice setting but the food was a definite letdown."

  • "This was my first time trying a michelin star restaurant and i can definitely see why seven park place really deserved it. The food was simply fantastic and the portions were just right. Presentation of the food was above average though it could do better. However quality of the food really surpassed my expectations. Cost of the meal really justified its quality and thus was of excellent value. Service was top notch as the staff were friendly and really ensured a first class dining experience. We were literally pampered throughout our dining experience and we felt like VIPs. Service was also prompt. Ambience was also perfect. I would highly recommend this to those with a small budget but wish to have a full michelin star experience."

  • "Friendly staff, if sometimes a touch slow. We ate the three course lunch menu. Seven Park Place has good cooking with fresh ingredients.Fish comes just the right side of cooked. I am not usually a dessert fan, but the passion fruit soufflé with dark chocolate sauce was memorable. The basic wine by the glass choices provide good value. With amuse bouche and petit fours of equal quality it feels like a five course menu."
    dined on 13/02/2014
  • "We went for the set lunch with a glass of wine on a Saturday. Although the menu is relatively short, I could have happily eaten anything from it. The food was superb and the staff were excellent. We had our 18m old daughter with us and they were very accommodating"

  • "Booked here for a post-Christmas present for our son and girlfriend. I love that this restaurant is a hidden gem down a mews and housed in a beautiful building that is the St James. Our table was really cosy and intimate, the service was brilliant and each of the courses from our "degustation" menu, was a taste sensation! My personal favourite was the langoustine tails mopped up by the bread! I would certainly recommend very highly."

  • "This was our first trip back to Seven Park Place for 3 years and we weren't disappointed. The food was just as delicious as we had experienced on our first visit, the ambience was relaxed and peaceful, and the service was top rate. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We had the tasting menu which was fantastic and while expensive I think the menu is probably better value for money than other 1 star restaurants. I think this is our favourite special occasion restaurant in London."
    dined on 05/02/2014
  • "An expensive luch, but well worth every penny. The food was excellent the service attentive yet discreet, one of my favourite dining rooms in London, but take good company as their is no real atmosphere here."
    dined on 07/02/2014
  • "The lunch more than lived up to expectations. Service was excellent - unhurried, unfussy but attentive. Highly recommended."
    dined on 29/01/2014
  • "We were staying at the St James Hotel and picked the restaurant for our final night in London, this was not only the best meal we had in London that week but the best meal I can ever recall having. Service was amazing and the food was just exquisite, if you like Lamb the assiette of lamb really can't be beaten. If your staying at the hotel don't bother looking anywhere else for that special meal, if you are not this should be top of your list for a visit."
    dined on 25/01/2014
  • "Lunch was a disappointing experience. Whilst the food was of a good standard the service that came with it was poor and there was no apology for the pink champagne being flat, when we were given it to taste before being poured. The free glass of wine which supposedly came with the meal was never offered to us and we had lost the will to ask for it."
    dined on 25/01/2014
  • "My husband and I were shopping in Mayfair and wanted somewhere special for lunch. This restaurant fitted the bill perfectly, small, lovely ambience, great menu with matching wines and really good value for lunch considering the very high quality of the food and wines."

  • "Among the best lunch deals in London - food and service are outstanding"
    dined on 21/01/2014
  • "We have had dinner here several times but were bowled over by their lunch time service. The restaurant was ~80% full with a good buzz and no musack. As expected the set lunch was of 2 choices per course but each course was impeccably designed, cooked and presented by efficient, friendly and relaxed staff. We shall return."
    dined on 16/01/2014
  • "I have been here many times and am never disappointed. The service is fabulous, the location perfect, and the food delicious. The top table offer makes this place almost unbeatable value."

  • "A most unexpected welcome surprise to encounter such a lovely warm reception and service from the minute we stepped into the premises. It was a birthday lunch treat. Lunch menu was excellent and portions very decent! Ambience was fabulous and spaces between tables were generous. Great to be dining at a place where we can converse in private and there is no echo or excessive noise which is so common with most places nowadays. Service was attentive - just perfect. A delightful afternoon and highly recommended. Certainly made my birthday a little more special :)"

  • "We were very well looked after by the staff who were helpful and friendly. The food was amazing."

  • "We had a party of 5 and all very accustomed to fine dining. William Drabble was an extremely good choice, and great value for money. Majority of the table ordered the Gernaud menu, which consisted of 6 courses for 72 pounds excluding wine. The food was superb, great quality and beautifully presented. Only qualms is that the service was good, but disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant and the food took a very long time to get to the table between each dish. Despite this, the food was great and worth going for any foodie. Highly recommended"

  • "The lunch was exceptional as was the food. If you want to experience the essence of fine French food this is it. Menu is simple and simply great. Unusual to have amuse bouche within set menu which was great value. The passion food soufflé incredible. For my birthday treat, the service also warm and wonderful and I would not hesitate go back."
