For starter we had king prawns and scallops and both were superb. My fillet steak main course was cooked fantastically and complimented really well by the cabbage, mushrooms and creamy sauce. Peanut butter & chocolate cheesecake with caramel was something even Willy Wonka would've been proud of. The special of the day (turbo) was amazing and the starter (scallops) was very tasty. However, we didn't find the dessert lived up to the rest of the meal, a bit bland in comparison and, perhaps, next time we may leave it out. Friendly prompt service, great cocktail (non alcoholic for pregnant one ) followed by fab interesting food. Interesting menu with loads of different but appetising choices. We had a lovely evening from the cocktails in the cosy bar area to the restaurant and its tasty food. Its pretty hard to choose a bad dish here and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We opted for the set menu which we found very reasonable but the main dish portion sizes were a little large for my liking and difficult to finish when you are attempting three courses! I had confit duck with noodles for my main course which was lovely. They were able to accommodate a party of 6 including one vegetarian.
The restaurant is very nice, on the seafront, and has a great atmosphere. The specialities are sea food, and the menu selections were good. The food was very good, I would recommend any one visiting Jersey who loves sea food to book a table at this restaurant. Everyone in our party loved everything about the meal, and the wines and other drinks we had with our food.
