The re-named Roux at The Landau sees father and son Albert and Michel Roux Jr working together for the first time in 18 years, bringing the Roux’s legendary culinary expertise and creativity to their second West End address.

Roux protégé Chris King has been chosen as Chef de Cuisine after a five year apprenticeship at Le Gavroche

Michel Roux Jr says of the new Chef: “Chris King is a rising star, and his menus reflect the Roux trademark style of classically-constructed French dishes, blended with today’s tastes for lighter choices.”

Some classic British dishes, which are customer favourites, will also feature on the menu.
