How do I know how many points I’ve earned?
When you make a booking online, your points will be shown as pending on my account. Once you have rated that restaurant (this must be within a month of dining), points will be transferred from 'pending points' to 'earned points'.

How do I rate a restaurant?
Two ways: after you’ve dined, either log in to my account, check booking history and rate the restaurant there, or wait until you get an email from us asking you to rate the restaurant, then just follow the links.

How do I redeem my points?
This is easy. Once you have enough points and have chosen the restaurant from the list above, simply make the booking as normal. During the booking steps, you will be asked if you would like to redeem your toptable points. Click “yes”.

The confirmation email will let you know how many points you’re redeeming and how many are left. We inform the restaurant that you are redeeming points, so the total value will be deducted from your bill at the end of your meal.
1) Points cannot be redeemed in December or Valentine's Day (February 14) of any year.
2) Christmas 2007 promotion: Book a Christmas party for 10 people or more for December 2007 and you'll receive 2800 points.
3) Group promotion: Book and dine for ten people or more in August 2007 and you earn 1400 points.
4) toptable.co.uk reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Scheme or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of Reward Points accumulated by the user.
5) Reward Points that are not redeemed will expire one year from the date they are earned. 6) Points are not earned for bookings at Berties Brasserie, The Brasserie & Terminus Bar & Grill. 7) Points are not earned on meals where points are being redeemed.
8) Only dining in the restaurant counts – e.g. not takeaways.
9) If a diner does not honour a booking, and fails to cancel prior to that booking, on 3 or more occasions then toptable reserves the right to cancel all Reward Points earned up to that date.
10) If toptable.co.uk believes that a user is abusing the Reward scheme then toptable reserves the right to terminate the users account.
11) toptable.co.uk is not responsible for awarding Reward Points if, for any reason, the diner is unable to make or honour an online booking.
12) toptable.co.uk may at any time withdraw, modify or cancel the number of Reward Points required for redemption.
13) toptable.co.uk will not issue any Reward Points to the diner should a booking be cancelled or the diner does not show.
14) toptable.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any points awarded should toptable be notified that a diner did in fact not honour a booking that had been previously rated.
15) Reward Points earned from two or more different diner's accounts cannot be combined on the same reservation.
16) toptable.co.uk reserves the right to change redemption partners at any time.
17) Rewards Points are not redeemable in December of any year, or Valentine's.
18) Reward points for bookings of 10 or more people will be made from June 26th 2006 onwards. Bookings made prior to this date will receive 200 points.
