me and my mam really enjoyed our vist to the bootroom cafe at anfield,it was our first time there the food was lovely the service was great and the staff were friendly,we got outstanding value for what we eat, a starter main course and desert plus a drink all for 40 pound
Great experience again
Our visit was on New Years Eve as a treat for my Liverpool mad son.
We watched the previous days match, a 3-0 win over QPR, on the TV in the booth, only added to the occasion !
The food, as usual, was excellent.
Service was second to none, again !
The prices are what we expect to pay for the quality and service on offer.
This was our second visit and won't be our last.
The young man, Connor, who served us was attentive without being intrusive and was pleasant throughout.
I went here for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The food was delicious and the portions were big.
THE STICKY RIBS WERE THE NICEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
And I HAVE had ribs at lots of different restaurants.
Will definitely be going again. If for nothing else but the ribs :-)
Match & Sunday Lunch
A brilliant place to watch the game and enjoy a delicious and extremely well presented roast dinner! Wonderful service with a smile from Connor. A great afternoon pity about the result.
Lfc boot room brilliant
Visited the anfield boot room for first time and was very happy with the quality of food. Fillet steak was perfect and would highly recommend. Children loved it. Good value considering the quality of food and great surroundings, we will be going back regularly
Food, and service was excellent.
Food, and service was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Thank you.
Very helpful staff and friendly
Very helpful staff and friendly quick service. Food was very nice especially the 'Scouse' casserole.
Great value for money!
Great venue to have someting to eat before or after a tour of the stadium. Great value food which is beautifully prsented. Would recomend eating here to a friend.
A lovely welcome when we arrived, the atmosphere was good and it was a friendly place to dine in. The kids loved the Tv's at the table as it helped them eat without any distractions. The food was excellent, especially the spaghetti carbonara. Will definately return.!
Decent food at a great price.
Decent food at a great price. Make sure you're hungry as portions are huge.
Will need to book, especially on match day. Atmosphere is also better on match day.
A must for fans of the club who can watch Liverpool tv as you dine
We had excellent meal.Service was excellent and
Superb value for money overall we had outstanding visit.
Booked for double family birthday celebration. Food was very good. Service was good, and staff were plentiful and very helpful. It all made for a very pleasant experience which all 9 of us enjoyed. Will definitely return, and have no problem in recommending The Bootroom to others, irrespective of whether or not they support LFC.
Brilliant day at the anfield
Brilliant day at the anfield stadium tour and museum followed by a delightful meal in the BOOTROOM CAFE.
Would highly recommend both.
great meal 22nd Feb 2013
My family (husband and 14 year old twins) and I ate at the Boot Room Sports Cafe after having the stadium tour, the food was excellent and more than enough, everybody was very friendly. Phil Neal came in to the cafe and was very pleasant, signed autographs and had his photo taken, nothing was any bother for him. All in all a fantastic end to a brilliant two days (went to the match on Thursday night). Will definately be returning.
Boys Grand Day Out
As a dad of two boys wanting to take them to their first Anfield game I had been let down twice as the games I'd bought tickets for got moved. The second time I decided to come up to Anfield from London anyway as I wasn't sure when we might get the chance again. We booked to go on the stadium tour followed by a meal in the Boot Room.
The tour was great but the day was made complete by the experience and staff at the Bootroom. My 7 and 9 year old boys were delighted when we were shown to a booth with our own tv and loved the art made of football studs. For my part I thought the young staff were fantastic and really helpful in making our meal enjoyable.
Boot Room Sports Cafe - Anfield
Fantastic venue, fantastic service & fantastic food and drink.
Had a great meal at the Bootroom, perfect end to the Anfield Tour. The food was exceptional quality, very creative and well presented.
Help to make the weekend!
This was our first visit to Anfield and we were lucky to get a table at the Boot Room. The food was great and exceeded our expectation and the service was excellent. We had a booth so plenty of room for the two of us and with the ability to watch all the headlines on our own sky news tv was a bonus. Would highly recommend and when we get back to Liverpool again we will revisit.
I arrived on a Saturday afternoon with my husband and daughter and was seated in a booth as requested on my booking. The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. Can't wait to visit Liverpool and return to the Boot Room for the third time. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
What a fantastic place to
What a fantastic place to have lunch. I was there with my family and the from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we couldn't fault ANYTHING. The service, the food, the ambiance, everything I had hoped from this amazing club. I wasn't expecting the food to be great, simply because of it being a football stadium, but how wrong I was. There were 7 in our party and every single person, adults and children enjoyed their food. If you get the chance, make sure you come here. Thank you to all concerned. One thing I would add, LFC need to make more of this facility and advertise it a lot more than it is. I'm a Season ticket holder and didn't even know it was possible to eat at the stadium until Saturday!
boot room food
food was absolutely lovely, well presented and was very filling, plenty of choice and would definately recommend for all ages.
Great day had by all, food was well presented and tasty. None of the lads were Liverpool fans but they all enjoyed the experience of eating at a proper football club lol.
If you have never visited the Boot Room before it is an experience you will not forget. Visit the museum and take in the history of LFC, the only British Football museum to have FIVE European cups to show off, as well as many other exhibits. The meal was excellent, large portions, the Ribs As a starter great, four of us really enjoyed it all, service was very good and our server Mark was outstanding and nothing to much trouble.
Great days outing with the
Great days outing with the family and great food.We will be back...
Lunch before Stadium Tour
Quite a nice experience which serves as an "Opening" to our Stadium Tour. We had The Boot Room Meat Feast Pizza which was really good! The portion is fit for 2 person's sharing. I wanted very much to try The Ultimate Boot Room Table Sharing Experience, however it is not available, am quite disappointed about that. We had Knickerbocker Glory in the end which was not too bad but would hope that I get to try The Ultimate if I ever go again.
28TH April 2013 review
Visited the boot room for a birthday celebration. I ordered a roast dinner with beef and this was amazing the meat was high quality and cooked to perfection the vegetables and potatoes where also to die for and plenty of gravy in a small pan brought to the table, vegetables served in a mini colander which looked great. Yorkshire pudding delicious!! Best roast iv ever had and well worth £10. The children s meal was expensive for £8 should be more like £5.Service was ok the waitress wasn't particularly friendly. Good surroundings. I think it needs more memorabilia to make the visit more interesting it was basically a restaurant with tvs and one cabinet.
The Icing on the cake of an Anfield
Superb staff, superb meal and a superb setting in the number one sporting venue in the world. That's the Boot Room Anfield. Champions League winners of the best of sport's cafes in the world.
Food price ambience excellent nothing bad to say about the experience.
Lunch at Boot Room
Lovely lunch at Boot Room Anfield, good food, good service and good value
Wonderful meal, friendly staff,
Wonderful meal, friendly staff, Changed our times as we arrived early, very impressed.
Great day out
We visited on Fathers Day, had a great meal and got free tickets to the museum (fathers day special?) and won in a prize draw! Overall a great place to eat for any Liverpool Fan
most friendly staff I've ever met!
Took the husband and our 3 children as a treat for fathers day which also happened to be his birthday. The food was really nice and the staff were very friendly. unfortunately it's not common now to see staff that genuinely look happy to see you, but here they were smiling and chatting to us everytime we called them over. The place itself is well thought out with booth seating, each with it's own tv showing sky sports (maybe should have option of lfc tv too?) which was great for my male dominated family! it had memorabilia displayed and table football which also kept the kids happy. I would highly recommend this place, especially for a family meal.
Exceeded expectations again
This is the 3rd time we have eaten at the Boot Room and we have not been disappointed. Even if you are not a football fan this is the place for you. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is very good.
We went here after the stadium tour for a birthday treat/surprise for my husband. The food and wine were excellent and the staff attentive but not overly so.
We sat in a booth which was just right for our party of four.
Boot Room kebabs were a sight to behold! 10/10 for presentation.
As my family was taking the tour and museum we decided to take in dinner at the boot room cafe. Whilst I was maybe a little concerned of the prices & wether we d get value for money, I had nothing to worry about!!!! The food was superb and as for the portions, it was a fantastic dining experience!!!!
I couldn't have wished for a better pre match meal at Anfield. Fantastic food, the cocktails are outstanding and the waiter was one of the friendliest service I've experienced. Brilliant overall
Great food,great service
Enjoyed our meal at the boot room Anfield. Brilliant way to end our day out after the football game at Liverpool FC
The kids enjoyed it too. The desserts were amazing!!!!
If you go to Anfield you have to try the boot room.
Excellent end to a perfect day!
Took my son to the testimonial game and to the boot room for tea, fantastic food and service. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience,
We had a wonderful experience, the perfect end to the perfect afternoon. Many thanks to all the staff for making the whole experience enjoyable. 1st class customer service.
Very good value for money and good service. Would go again!
I went there expecting the normal Frankie and bennys type meal...but I was very surprised... not just with the excellent service but the food was the best I've eaten in a long time...and we also had a starter as we hadn't eaten for quiet a while. And we could not finish our full meals. There was so much great food.. it was unbelievable... the only down side was the bill.. but you get what you pay for. And this is a restaurant that should be in the ities around the uk .. it was great..i cannot praise the service or food highly enough.
Lovely food, enormous portions.Would recommend eating here, but starve yourself first, Had to leave part of my choc fudge cake, as too full. Couldn't fault anything we ate, it was all delicious. Will certainly come back again. We celebrated our Wedding Aniversary and my Birthday, so it was great to be wined and dined, we had complimentary drinks.I had a margarita, delicious. We left very stuffed and happy to have experienced the boot room's excellent food/service. Top restaurant. :)X
Unforgettable lifetime memories & exclusive experience!!! We added some remarks when making the reservation and it's really taken care by the restaurant...so user friendly & efficient!!!
As LFC big fans, we had a really great time there. Food was tasty too...highly recommended!!!
The Liverpool Experience
It was an excellent meal in a very friendly atmosphere. The service was top quality and the food was exceptional. Will make sure to eat there every time I visit Anfield.
It was our second visit to Anfield and to the Boot Room cafe. Food is great quality at reasonable price. Although I thought that the tables and furniture has started to look a bit tired and may need updating.
Even old big ears came out to see u
Great service and a great touch for them to let my lads get there picture taken with the European cup thanks
Awesome Boot Room
Great experience: great food and service. The staff even let us touch the European cup - the Big Ears!
Very friendly. A must for all Reds
It's not every evening you get to have a photo with the European cup at the diner table. Staff were excellent. The food was not only great value, but also very good quality. A special place to take your children, as there is lots for them to see/do. My 6 year old son had a brilliant time and really enjoyed making his own pizza. Obviously getting to touch the cup was the highlight. Thanks to all the staff.
