Great service and amazing view down the clyde. Staff are first class not just about service but there mannerisms ,making our visits very relaxing ,
All I could say was ,I have been in 5 star dinners and they don't come close to Alea's service.

The restaurant at the Alea is open on a Wed night until 12 midnight so we booked a table for 10pm. We sat at a window with a gorgeous view overlooking the city and chose to order from their 2 courses for £10 menu. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and delicious! Lovely food on both occasions, pleasant atmosphere and stunning views. Could not fault service either. Caters for all size of parties which is good too.
Only criticism would be that it would be nice to perhaps see a rotational menu system on the set menus as choice is fairly limited if not a great meat/fish lover. I had the haggis bon bons and the pork lion my other half also had the pork and the scallops to start which he said were fantastic. Our youngest son at eighteen is disabled and has learning difficulties, he was treated with great respect and welcomed by the staff which made our evening. The food was lovely and all meals were beautifully presented. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We even had to leave because the fire alarm went off which was a memorable part to the evening. Thankfully it was a false alarm.
