Quadrato RestaurantMade to feel like royaltyFrom the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our wedding anniversary meal. We were not rushed into our choice of dishes, but suggestions were made by the staff, who were knowledgable in the menu. The food was excellent and I would recommend the grilled fish selection. Dishes were not rushed out to the table, but nor did we have to wait long for them. Whilst the dishes were not the cheapest I had encountered, the quality made them well worth the price. We would like to thank the staff for helping make our anniversary such a special occasion.12/03/2013 00:00:00Great Mother's day dinnerWe had a family dinner on Saturday to celebrate Mother's Day. Service was outstanding; unobtrusive but really friendly, helpful staff. Presenting Mum with a plate of 'Happy Mother's Day' chocs with coffee was a nice touch.
The restaurant has a relaxed feel to it, tables are nicely spaced so you don't feel crowded - not that common in London anymore. It was a little chilly - jackets and cardi's were kept on.
Food was great, presentation was lovely and absolutely delicious. Tiramisu was a bit disappointing and cheese portions were erring towards the tiny; definitely have at least 2 pieces!
Our only criticism would be is it's quite pricey, but good for a special occasion/romantic night out. Service excellent17/12/2012 16:00:00Quadrato restaurantWe visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening on the way to a concert at the O2 Arena. We found the staff very welcoming and attentive. It was relatively quiet but still had atmosphere. The food was wonderful and the we chose a bottle of Primitivo to accompany it which was incredibly well priced. We needed to be through our meal in just over an hour to get to the concert and the staff managed this without making us feel rushed in any way. A lovely experience all round. The staff were willing to accommodate changes to dishes without making it a problem and equally were discrete when I wanted to pay without my guest realising. Overall a place I would definitely return to for both food and atmosphere. Concerns over it being a 'four seasons hotel restaurant' have been eliminated. Good service and nice food. This time, the menu has 'black truffles' as optional 'add-on' for any starters/main courses. The 'black truffles' tastes and smells good on my seabass fillet, presentation would have been even better if the black truffles were 'shaved' onto the dish at/by the table.08/03/2012 16:00:00
