Chocolate was lovely at the end of the meal. The little extras the waiters did during and between the meals made a difference. We also got great wine suggestions from very competent wine waiters.

The food was amazing. A tiny twist on well-established French cuisine courses. Layers and layers of taste had me analyzing each bite with all of my senses and enjoying the whole experience.

We ordered three course set menu (GBP30.-) for each and we found it a very good value for the standard of food this restaurant delivers. The restaurant is tucked in the quiet residential area in Belgravia and if you want tranquil and cosy dining we recommend this restaurant.
Only criticism we have is the price of alcohool, which is a bit on a high side.

We had booked lunch for 2:30pm but we got there at 12:30pm and I was unsure if we would be accommodated but we were given a table immediately. We had a surprise amuse bouche which was realllly tasty. My appetizer was the Cornish mackerel and that was very nice. Went on to the main of Hangar Steak and it was wonderful- tender and delicious! The staff were attentive and professional from the moment we arrived, and catered to both our dietary and time constraints. With three pescatarians in our group, the chef prepared some of the best fish dishes we've ever had, and they timed everything perfectly so our friend could catch his flight.
As if the food and service weren't enough, Gordon Ramsay himself made an appearance! Not only did he wish our friend a happy birthday, he personally signed his menu as a momento. The meal ended with a surprise serving of Madeleine's, still hot from the oven and topped with a birthday candle. They managed to do this without appearing rushed and we could not fault anything whatsoever.
The food was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were top quality, I own a farm shop and delicatessen and would be happy to sell my customers the same produce they used. (I am very fussy about ingredients)
