Osteria dell'ArancioGreat timeLovely evening as usual. Had excellent food. Great choices if wine. Seasonal food and delicious menu27/04/2013 00:00:00Like being part of the family!Always such a friendly atmosphere in this restaurant. One of Londons lesser discovered gems!! We love it - the food is incredible and authentic and we are treated like we are the owners best friends every time we go there. One of few London restaurants that also know how to put customers first and understand the value of building a relationship with their patrons. They always make so much effort to ensure we are happy. Amazing wine list too!!23/04/2013 00:00:00pasta dinnerAs italian I can say that is the best italian restaurant in london.
Affettati misti as starter and many different pastas make me feel a bit more at home.
also very nice wine selection and friendly somelier20/04/2013 00:00:00AmazingWe was celebrating my husbands birthday and I can't imagine any better experience we could have. Atmosphere, and service was exceptional, so warm and welcoming. Food was on a very high level. My husband is Italian, so he is very fussy when it comes to Italian food. He left completely satisfied. Wine list has a lot to offer. Will defiantly come back, can't miss to have a table outside:)10/04/2013 00:00:00SuperbDelicious dinner served smoothly in a bustling, authentically Italian, environment.
Be brave and do all the courses, portions are sized so that it is possible without rolling out of there.02/03/2013 00:00:00A pleasant mealThe food and service was lovely, the waiters were attentive and thoughtful of my 8 year old son. Highly recommend the prawn tagliatelle and chocolate soufflé although would stay clear of the chick pea soup which is best described as a bowl of chick peas with a drizzle of soup. Overall a pleasant meal though.21/02/2013 00:00:00excellent food and go arrrayexcellent food and go arrray of menu choices excellent staff and wine02/02/2013 00:00:00Food was OK. Two of us hadFood was OK. Two of us had a special beef dish in a delightful tomato sauce. But, the beef itself was surprisingly tough. At the prices they charge, they need to use high quality steak, not some leftover meat. That said, vegetables and the other main course we had was good. Management should give the chef more money for food purchases, the chef is good, the meat is not so.31/01/2013 16:00:00Always goodAs always great service and food - fresh pasta makes all the difference26/01/2013 00:00:00Delicious LocalMy husband and I chose Osteria dell'Arancio as we could walk there. It has a bright, lively atmosphere and very popular. The food is delicious. We started with the zucchini fritti and speck (ham). The zucchini has to be the best in London, cut small and very crispy and a generous portion. We both decided to have pasta, my husband had the pasta with the venison ragu which was outstanding. I chose the pasta with the spicy sausage, spinach and goat cheese. The dish was very spicy but I liked that. Unfortunately, there was no sausage to be found. I was told that it was in the sauce (I guess very little and pureed) and that was what made it spicy. They said other diners had the same comment. It was delicious, but not what I expected.27/10/2012 00:00:00Grande Osteria dell'Arancio!!Great Italian food at Osteria dell'Arancio..not cheap, but real Italian food and lovely atmosphere.
