There is a great variety of dishes and each are prepared perfectly. The only reason I didn't award a 5* rating to Nobu was because for one of the best Asian fusion restaurant's in London, their sushi menu is very simple. This is not to say it wasn't delicious and fresh, it just didn't have the wow factor you might expect. The staff were delightful, and attended to our every need while taking the time to help us with menu choices and eloquently described every dish as it was brought to the table as if they had cooked it themselves.

We were greated and taken straight to our table, the waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had regarding the menu and the way food was normally presented. He had been to the Park Lane Nobu a few times before, but not to Berkeley Street.
We were hugely impressed with every aspect. The food for both of us was truly exquisite. We ordered the Deluxe bento boxes and the amount of food was very generous and a wide selection. I could eat dinner that night from still being full!
The blackened cod and seafood ceviche were excellent additions too.
Although I didn't NEED to have one, a dessert of vanilla cheesecake with ginger ice cream was a great end to a wonderful meal.
Expect to pay quite a bit of money, but in return you will get excellent ambience, service and food.

Overall experience was fantastic from the cocktails we had in bar downstairs to the food which was amazing (the black cod being possibly the best thing I've ever tasted). Out ! o'clock table was ready on our arrival, and we have been seated straight away.
Nice table, and lovely decor, with low light - but enough to be able to read the menu without any problem, and enjoy the beautiful dishes.
We opted for 2 different tasting menus ; both are outstanding, with 6 dishes equally superb. It is as well a very god choice if you want to try a bit (although portions were rather generous) of the best.
Service was prompt but not rushed, and very amiable. Cocktails are very good as well.
