The music night " The Matzo Boys" was most enjoyable, the sound levels were just right. So that you could listen & talk without shouting.
This brings us to the food! Great starters & Lovely lamb mains!

The food was as good as we remembered; the chicken wings, halloumi and filo parcels were all lovely. The service was great and the mains came quickly, accept we had to swap a dish as it didnt specify it came with yoghurt and one of party was allergic to dairy. They now have music on certain nights, so was a little difficult at some points to talk properly as we couldnt hear each other. The staff are wonderful; polite and helpful, which helps when they're busy and you may have to wait a little longer than usual for your food to arrive at the table. It consisted of three courses, the starters were a mixture of flatbread and dips and hot mezes, all very well cooked/prepared, delicious houmous and tabouleh, lovely starter sized lamb kofte's and falafel. There was enough dip for twice as many people, by the time the main came out, we were a bit stuffed with bread. The main itself was a large platter with a variety of meats; chicken shish, chop shish, lamb chops, shawarma and chicken wings, all cooked to perfection. The rice was simply gorgeous and the side salad was appreciated to cut through the meat. The menu is very varied with plenty of options for vegetarians. Be careful not to eat so many starters and bread that you have no room for the tasty chargrilled main courses of which there are many.
Friendly service and very good value with the toptable discount. We didn't have a huge meal - just 5 meze dishes - but the food was well-cooked and tasty enough. Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere.
