    Every level of service was professional and friendly. portions were sized perfectly, the presentation and taste lived up to the reviews we had read. We started our meal with the lamb broth and scallop appetizers - great flavor in the broth, followed by the filet of beef and the ribeye. Visiting from a "steak city" such as Chicago I would say the dry aged meat was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the green beans and shallots - great flavor! Whereas the wine list was generally sound but with many expensive options - we followed the sommelier's recommendation of a South African blend of Italian and French varietals - truly excellent for both our courses. The food is great, the views over the River Thames wonderful but most of all the staff are excellent and which is the reason I return again and again.
