  I have eaten here many times and it has not failed ever. In fact it has improved with better service well done. We had a Tio Pepe to start then two choices each from the main menu. This was accompanied by a mid priced white wine. The plates arrived in good order and were delicious. My special guest remarked that this was the sort of place he would take his wife to for dinner. BUT he felt that being a Spanish tapas restaurant it would help if you knew what you were doing. The price for this special meal was expensive for what you get so not good on the value element....More

  We had a very nice lunch. The toptable menu has good variety and is good value. The service was good but they are too trigger happy with the water as they want to open as many bottles as possible for you that you havent asked for as they know in a busienss environement you wont send it back once its been opened. I find this very irritating but accept its part of the Coq experience which lets it down....More

  Dined here on Monday night with my husband and three teenage sons. We all agreed that it was the best hamburger we've ever had! That means a lot coming from a foodie/chef family from the San Francisco Bay Area. It was wonderful to have fresh and creative salads...the chicken was amazing...and the desserts.... However, I will be dreaming of the Hawksmoor Burger until we return to London!...More
