  We booked last minute on a Sunday morning to go for Sunday lunch with our hree children. Seems as though we pretty much got the last available table. When we arrived there were a few tables being seated but half way through the restaurant really seemed to fill up. The atmosphere was great but more importantly the food was excellent! You can struggle to find a good place for Sunday Roasts these days but The Great House really lived up to it's name and delivered a really good feast!...More

  Arrived to find our table had been reserved ok,using the toptable booking system. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the sunday menu. Starter,main course,and sweet were excellent.
