  We visit the Salty Dog every time we visit Jersey - and it has been consistently excellent every time. Not only is the menu selection excellent, particularly seafood (although with plenty of options for someone who doesn't eat seafood), but the quality of the food is superb. I had the King Prawn (sizzing) starter, bream with shrimp risotto main and my husband had crispy beef salad and malaysian chicken curry. Every dish full of flavour and very tasty! The service was attentive but not overbearing and there was a good buzz in the restaurant. There is outdoor seating on a covered deck area, which is a nice option on a good day....More

  We dined here in May 2013 and it was a superb experience, the food and service could not be faulted. It was certainly much better than a 2 starred restaurant we ate in recently in London. The only slight negative ,and it was very slight was excessive noise from the bar . Overall we had a wonderful time....More
