A word from Hibiscus - London
Chef Claude Bosi moved his award-winning Hibiscus restaurant from Ludlow, Shropshire; to central London in October 2007. In January 2009, Hibiscus regained its second Michelin star, which it retained in January 2010 and January 2011.
It was also ranked amognst the best restaurants in the world by The San Pellegrino World"s 50 Best Restaurants, and fourth in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards.
April 2013 sees the launch of our private Chefs Table within the exclusive development kitchen. For up to 8 guests, an dining experience with your own personal chef and wine waiter awaits.
