It has a good selection on the menu of both set of lunches and al a carte. The ambulance is good, the chairs are comfortable and the food always varied and interesting. I like how the restaurant is decorated - New England style or possibly Colonial style. This service is always excellent. We had walked past several times, looking through the window and thinking what a lovely restaurant it looked. It certainly didn't disapoint. It has a very relaxed luxurious feel to it, nicely decorated and the staff are extremely friendly. We started with some lovely warm flavoured breads and delicious cocktails (extremely well prepared) then ordered from the Winter Warmer menu. The food was just fantastic, beautifully presented, fusion style cuisine and it was a complete taste sensation. Intricate and interesting there is plenty of ambition in the kitchen and it general delivers. Wine list wasn't bad either and service was friendly and attentive. The food is always interesting and there is a wide selection of options on the menu to suit all tastes, whilst still being good value for money. I particularly like the ambience and the decor of the restaurant. All the chairs are comfortable and support the diner while they're having a meal. I find often that restaurants are noisy and provide hard seating, which does not encourage the diner to linger over coffee and enjoy conversation with their companions. This is not the case at Havana Spoon. I use it for business meetings, special occasions, and dining with friends with whom I want to enjoy good food, good conversation in a comfortable environment.30/12/2012 16:00:00
