  This summer, join Gaucho Richmond’s exclusive riverside summer cocktail school. Over the course of six weeks we will be covering everything from the very basics of cocktail making to the incredible stories behind your favourite cocktails. Culminating in a champagne finale and ‘mix-off’ (where you can put your skills to the test against other students), you will graduate with an in-depth understanding of cocktails, and a skill you will be able to impress with time and time again.
