Flemings MayfairA Hidden GemFlemings is a hotel restaurant but unlike most hotel restaurants, small and intimate, reflecting the hotel itself. What was really impressive was the quality and price - this, after all, is a 5star luxury hotel. The wine list is superb and again extraordinary good money. The environment is 5star luxury hotel but somehow relaxed and under-stated. They state a glamorous and opulent Mayfair restaurant at one of London's oldest established luxury hotels. The menu defines modern European with big robust colourful flavours and quality seasonal ingredients. Everything you would expect from a special meal for two.

Perhaps this is just a matter of the hotel and restaurant being new and the music not being installed, but it would be much better to have..29/05/2012 00:00:00Five minutes from Green ParkFive minutes from Green Park in what is called these days a secret hotel you have this place dowstairs. The service was perfect and weopted for the 4 course meal.Italian wine at £22 was good.Overall a really good experience and the place started to fill up at about 8.The whole routine took about 2 hours so you cant be in a hurry but a realy good experience.
