We went to Rhodes 24 for a birthday, pretty amazing! The views across London were impressive, as was the service & the spaciousness of the restaurant. Cauliflower soup for starter was delicious. Smoked eels were very good but they could have been a bit more generous for £15. The lemon sole & the mutton were divine, very filling. Bread & butter pudding--also perfect. Only criticism-- they forgot to send someone over to take our wine order so we had to get their attention. Also not cheap!

A wonderful dining experience at Rhodes 24, and certainly worth the wait. The views from the 24th were amazing, and the food was clean, simple, but delicious. Courtesy of the restaurant, they started us on a white tomato soup as an amuse bouche; tangy and quite a refreshing treat. Moving onto the starters however, perhaps steer clear of the asparagus, as there was little imagination in the dish, i.e. a few piles of green on a plate. But a must try is the crab ravioli instead.

Rhodes 24: The restaurant was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. I asked for a table by the window, and they gladly accommodated providing us with a private table for two with a lovely view. The wine waiter was also very good, recommending a perfect wine to accompany our food and not one that was ridiculously expensive. The food was very enjoyable - especially the desserts! I did think that the menu was a little bit limited in choice - especially for vegetarians.

Rhodes 24 has an amazing vista, once one has navigated several sets of lifts and stairs to find it. The main course and wine selections were delicious, with a particularly stunning English white wine, but both the deserts and the cheese selection felt a little inhibited in their production.

Friday evening at Rhodes 24 and although a memorable evening is almost expected at a big name restaurant, this place excels. A quintessentially British menu is delkivered with style, in superb surroundings and with impecable service. A great place to go for a special treat. It's not the cheapest place in the world but you only ever get what you pay for.
