Owing to the success of the Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, a sister restaurant was opened in Limerick in November 2008, situated on the newly refurbished and pedestrianised street, Thomas Street.
The concepts boasts 3 floors offering a lively, buzzy, Manhattan style surrounding,
… including private dining and contemporary heated smoking area. The interior is mirrored to match the stylish elegance of its sister restaurant in Cork with intricate floor tiling, pewter style bar, cosy booths and intimate lighting.
Like Cork, the menu specialises in premium steaks and quality seafood, an extensive drinks list with coktails, new world beers and a vast wine list. 20 pouring glasses are also available by the glass.
Both Coenstore buildings were selected because of their historic presence and the belief that the old and new can be successfully combined to create an old style feel with a modern ambience.Continued
