I will return and suggest others do as well!22/03/2013 00:00:00Sunday Evening TreatWe dined at Cheyne Brasserie on Sunday Night as a Valentine's Alternative Meal, it was great. We had read some reviews that were not very complimentary but as we were nearby thought we would give it a go. It was great and did not disappoint. Upon entering it has a great ambience, with the open grill, it is very inviting especially on a cold February night.
Starter of snails and scallops went down a treat, followed by a steak and a venison dish, but beautifully executed and melt in your mouth to eat. Wine list is what you would expect from a French Brasserie and they do offer a Specials Page of discounted wines. Will definitely be returning.17/02/2013 00:00:00searching for a wedding meal venuewe tried several restaurants around Chelsea Town Hall area as a venue to host a wedding meal after our ceremony in March.
We have chosen Cheyne Walk Brasserie for several reasons.
Value for money, ability to bring your own wine on weekdays, decor and ambience, knowledge of staff, choice of vegetarian meal for one of our guests, proximity to wedding venue, romantic and intimate, good reviews from previous diners
I am sure it will become one of our favourtite restaurants16/02/2013 00:00:00Great French food, relaxedGreat French food, relaxed setting, attentive service - worth every penny, can't wait to go back.31/01/2013 16:00:00Another Excellent MealI am always happy with Cheyne Walk Brasserie at which I try to eat regularly. Had the wagyu beef with the fantastic green bean starter washed down with a lovely Pomerol. When our original table became uninhabitable owing to an unnecessarily loud group next to us, the maitre d' happily moved us to another table such that I was able to hear my date speak without the need to constantly ask her to repeat herself.01/12/2012 00:00:00Never disappoints!Been there 3 times and never disappointed. Great service, amazing food and warm atmosphere. Recommended to anyone who is willing to pay more for greatness.31/08/2012 00:00:00Good foodThe food was great, the service was alo good. The service was excellent. The food was also very good - we eat out in london a lot and this was easily one of the best meals that we have had in london for a while. It wasn't the cheapest meal, but definitely worth the money.21/04/2012 00:00:00Amazing food and service.Amazing food and service. A bit pricy but greatness has a price!24/03/2012 00:00:00
