Forget what you think Mexican food is like, this menu is a real treat, and whilst perhaps the dishes did not all originate in Mexico, they have a genuine Mexican flavour with top quality ingredients. On this, our second visit, I went fairly traditional, with Enchiladas Veracruz (chicken) whilst my wife chose a more adventurous dish. Last time we had the mixed taster plate to start and followed with fajitas. On both occasions we started with the guacamole, made at our table, and drank Margaritas and a sensibly-priced Argentinian Malbec. This time we were post theatre and the service was perfectly paced and efficient without even a hint of that self-conciously overattentive sycophancy you can get. The place is very well decorated, the service was friendly and welcoming. However, it is not cheap, but very good quality food - teh set price menu is good value IMHO. There are a couple of veggi choices on the set price menu too (Fajita's were really nice). When we come up to the City. The good food and excellent service in the heart of London is amazing. It is always worth booking in advance as its very popular. Warm nachos for starters with guacamole made right in front of you, followed by a burrito and sizzling fajita ... all of which were very good. Wouldn't recommend the starter tacos, but everything else was very tasty.

The quality of the food is really good, above average mexican restaurants in London. Guacamole is very good and tasty, prepared in front of the client. Enchiladas del mar were really excellent, as well as carnitas tacos.
On the negative side: too noisy. Next to us there was a group of six persons who didn't stop laughing and talking really loud. The service was very good, very friendly and explained everything well. We arrived early and had a drink in the bar which was very chaotic with no where to sit and we were all squashed in like sardines however they seated us at our table 15 minutes early which was great.
The only negative was that we were in the far back room of the restaurant in the corner which was extremely loud. Next time we go we are going to request to sit in the front half of the restaurant.

We had our 10 year old son with us so had an earlier sitting (18:45), the restaurant was still busy and the staff were very friendly and charming.
The starters were fresh and the ingredients were obviously of good quality.
The mains were beautiful, with tender steak and chicken, juicy prawns and sauces that developed on the palate.
The margaritas were delicious.
