Cafe Des Amis1frozendinerI voted the restaurant down for ambience for two reasons - the noise level was high which made it difficult to have a conversation with my partner. This was due to the low ceiling (we were seated upstairs but have also experienced this downstairs) and the tables are crammed in so you are very close to the next table. Secondly, the aircon was switched on after about 10 minutes of being seated and was, unfortunately for me, directly above my head and blasted out cold air. I asked the waitress if it could be turned down but seemingly not - so I froze.
