  We loved this restaurant. As soon as we arrived we were asked to chose a table.. that suits us, often tables are allocated and are not always appropriate. Our shared starter was smoked wood pigeon which was delightful, the smoking level was appropriate to complement the rich pigeon. We had Lamb Rump and Cornish Ray,(which we halve and share), both dishes where excellent. desserts of "Sticky Toffee Pudding" in a syrup tin, and the goats milk rice, both rounded off a perfect meal. The waitresses knew everything about all components of the meal, and were pleasant and attentive. The wine list was both varied and affordable. Overall a great dining experience.....More

  Really enjoyable meal at Pushkar. Excellent service. All staff friendly, polite and really knowledgeable about the food we had ordered and took time to explain each dish. Lovely atmosphere and nice furnishings made you forget you we're on busy Broad Street. The food was just delicious, perfect balance of spicing and heat. Will definitely be returning and recommending Pushkar to colleagues and friends....More
