  We thought the £59 Champagne Dinner was excellent value with the Guinea Fowl as the main course outstanding. Each course was well balanced and the perfect amount for a six course meal. The Waiter chastised me for saying "Merci"and informed me that he was not French. I responded that I thought I was in a French Restaurant and surely I was entitled to my choice of words !!!!! This did not go down well and when asked for the third time if we wanted more water and I said "Non Merci" he said that obviously our Table was more interested in wine than water !!!!!!The Waitress then tried to calm things down and succeeded by taking over our Table....More
