There was a great bar downstairs which we were too early for, but will definitely be back to try!

We were seated in the upstairs dining area which although is reasonably small feels spacious and even when the dinning room started to fill up (we were on an early seating) it did not feel like the other diners were too close.
the staff are really friendly and fun but without being too over bearing. We went for the £15 for 2 courses top table deal which although limits your options had something for everyone and was really tasty. We had initially said we were a 6 but we did ring the restaurant in advance to say it would be one less. Wish we hadn't as a party of 6 came after us and then got seated before us. We enquired and they said we were on a diff table even though the set up of the restaurant is flexible and tables/chairs could easily be moved! The food was just delicious and my guests told me three times on the way home what a great choice it was. We all stuffed ourselves with three courses because it was so tasty. With the discount it is a very good value. At normal prices still fair if not cheap.
